This in-person 45 minute class, is perfect for those looking to combine the best of yoga and pilates. Every Tuesday at 12.30 - 13.15 Amanda will guide you through a series of gentle yet invigorating exercises that will help you stretch and release tension in your body. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced practitioner, this class is suitable for all levels.

Meet the Teacher

Amanda found her calling when making the move from the corporate world into the health & wellbeing industry over 10 years ago. As a qualified 500 hour Yoga teacher, Reformer & Mat Pilates instructor, health coach & cacao facilitator she believes in guiding and motivating others to embrace the power of the human body to feel empowered, to heal and encourage everyone to recognise the importance of taking time out of this busy world to relax, recharge and connect back in with themselves.

I am new to Yoga and Pilates - Can I attend

Yes, every class is tailored to suit all levels fitness and experience. The instructor will give options throughout the class to challenge you but also allowing you to get used the the exercised as a beginner, Come along, you will feel amazing for the day ahead

What do I need to bring?

We have a number of mats here in the Green Room for you to borrow, so all you need to bring is a bottle of water to keep hydrated, wear comfortable clothes to move and exercise in.

What is Yogalates?

Yogalates is a combination of both Yoga and Pilates. Yoga poses will bring us into a place of connection and relaxation and the Pilates exercises to build up overall strength & endurance. This combination is perfect to build up core strength, body tone, flexibility and calming the nervous system.
