Turbo Training

These tickets are just to register your interest only.

These Turbo sessions were ran last year by iBike & Joe O'Shea. Format is the same.

There are three sessions to choose from on three different days. Mondays & Tuesdays in Tralee (CBS) and Wednesdays in Killarney (venue to be confirmed). Times of sessions are 6:30, 7:30 and 8:30pm.

Turbo Trainers are provided and measure power as well as peddal technique and efficiency.

Sessions are interval based begin with building strength and power and gradually move on to developing speed.

Please indicate what session you are interested in booking so that we can get an idea of numbers. The more that sign up, the better we can subsidise these sessions.

The usual cost for 7 weeks is Euro70, however, we estimate that club members will get a subsidised rate of Euro60.
