What kind of clothes should I wear?

Anything that makes you feel comfortable meanwhile we are dancing and excercising

In some classes are mandatory so you should always ask but if you don't have any, no worries! We always have some options.

What is the class about?

Starts with a good warm out and then practice and learn some moves to finish it with a fun choreography that mix all together. We have different type of classes in a month like POP N' Twerk, Sensual Twerk, Twerk101 or Zero Twerk... you can check the schedule on instagram for more info
