About this event
Public Information Events ULSTER CANAL GREENWAY PHASE 2
The Preferred Route Corridor for Phase 2 of the Ulster Canal Greenway between Smithborough and Middletown has now been selected. Public Information events are being held for communities along the route of the Greenway. Landowners, local communities and the general public are invited to attend one of these events to review the Preferred route drawings and to meet with the project team. These sessions will be held in;
- Tyholland Community Centre, Tuesday 11th August 6-9pm
- Middletown Markethouse Main St, Wednesday 19th August 6-9pm
- Smithborough Community Hall, Thursday 27th August 6-9pm
To adhere to Covid 19 government guidelines, attendance at these events will be strictly by appointment only. There will be three sessions at each venue, 6pm, 7pm and 8pm, and spaces at each session will be limited to 12 persons only.
You are making a reservation to attend the SMITHBOROUGH event.
- As admission is limited to 12 persons per session, the maximum number of tickets you may reserve is 2.
- You do not have to attend the event closest to where you live - you are free to select the event which suits you best.
- All sessions will be exactly the same in format, so attendance at one should be the same as attending any other. Each session will start with an overview of the route by the Greenway Team, and follow with time for questions.
- Anyone who wishes to discuss their own case will be met with individually out on site in the days following the Information Events
- If you are having trouble making your booking, contact the Project Team on 086 411 5313. We will be happy to sort you out!
