About this event

Simon Communities of Ireland in partnership with Simon Community NI are inviting you to join us for the launch of our report focused on Hidden Homelessness across Ireland and Northern Ireland, Under the Radar: Unveiling Hidden Homelessness Across the Island of Ireland.

This piece of cross-border research attempts to shed light on those who experience homelessness in it's hidden form and who are not currently represented in official statistics. In order to respond to the needs of this vulnerable cohort we first need to identify the types of, reasons for and scale of this form of homelessness.

We are delighted to be joined by a number of experts from both the homeless and housing sectors including;

Freek Spinnewijn, FEANTSA
Glen Bramley, Heriot-Watt University
Grainia Long, Northern Ireland Housing Executive
Kevin Cunningham, Ireland Thinks
Mary Hayes, DRHE
