Absolutely! Everyone is welcome to all levels, different options are introduced for different levels, so you can pick what feels right for you that day

I'm not flexible, can I do yoga?

Flexibility is not a requirement for yoga at all! It isn't even the goal, it's a side effect. Different options are introduced for different levels, so you can pick what feels right for you that day.

Question 3

I don't have a mat, can I still come?

Accepted Answer

The venue does not provide mats, but I do have one or two space ones so please contact me on instagram @JamesYogaFlow and I will bring it for you. If not there are plenty of affordable yoga mats, you don't need to spend a lot of money for one. Any questions please reach out!
