The class takes place at Ballinteer Community School (BCS) in South Dublin.

What should I bring?

Please bring a yoga mat, water bottle, blanket, eye mask, water, and warm layers to keep you comfortable during the session. You’re also welcome to bring extra padding or a pillow for added support.

Question 3

Do I need any experience?

Not at all. This class is open to everyone — whether you’re brand new to breathwork and sound healing or have lots of experience.

What can I expect from the session?

Each class includes gentle breathwork, deep relaxation, and a nourishing sound bath using crystal bowls, chimes, gongs, and more. Many people feel lighter, calmer, or deeply rested afterwards.

Question 5

Is it okay if I fall asleep?

Accepted Answer

Yes! It’s very common for people to drift into sleep or deep rest. Your body will still absorb the benefits.

Is this suitable during pregnancy?

Please get in touch before booking if you are pregnant. While the class is generally very gentle, sound baths are not recommended for the 1st trimester.

What if I have a health condition or injury?

Please inform me beforehand of any relevant conditions.  Sound baths may not be suitable for certain conditions such as sound induced epilepsy, certain stages of chemotherapy, medical implants and psychosis.
