About this event

Spring is a time of new beginnings! A perfect time to open up our welcoming space to gather with a small group of like-minded people in a mindful way.

These weekly gatherings are nourishing moments of self-care to welcome and cherish every part of you.

Enjoy breathing and mindfulness exercises, guided meditation, readings, journaling and sharing. Take an opportunity to notice your experience in the present moment mentally, emotionally and physically to nurture the connection with yourself and your surroundings.

You are joining a safe place free from pressure or judgments to connect to what feels comfortable to you without needing experience or preparation.

Weekly on Thursdays at 7:30 pm (start 16th May)

CONTRIBUTION :

€ 20 per person per session

(or € 15 per session if you pay for a block of 6 sessions or more)

Hi there, I'm Jennifer.

If we haven't met yet, I'm hoping we get to meet soon! Here's a small introduction of myself and my work:

Originally from Belgium (Flemish), settled in Ireland and well travelled as a citizen of our magical world. My curiosity has lead me on a path of self-development to find a different way of living and my sensitivity moves me to support others on their path.

Wellbeing Coach, Facilitator & Holistic Practitioner providing one-on-one coaching and group facilitation with an intuitive approach guiding people into wholehearted connection and in tune with themselves and their wellbeing in both life and work.

My lived experience with navigating mental health problems in my close circle, challenging relationship and family dynamics, grief and my journey to self-compassion, awareness and wholeness allows me to work with empathy and gentle encouragement to move people forward with confidence, self-esteem, aligned action and embodiment.

My practice is based on years of continued personal & professional development and mindfulness with qualifications in ICF accredited advanced personal and business coaching with neuroscience, MA leadership in workplace health and wellbeing, nervous system regulation, positive intelligence & mental fitness, job seeking facilitation, business development, menstrual cycle awareness coaching & facilitation, NLP, Bsc & Msc.
