Instructor

Fiona Clarke is dedicated to sharing well-being and connection tools with young people, educators and parents. For the past twenty years, Fiona has held retreats, workshops and courses worldwide, empowering people to build resilience, emotional health and positive relationships. She is director and senior trainer of Mind with Heart, an international charity. Mind with Heart’s well-being programmes have undergone rigorous evaluation by researchers at major universities internationally.
