You will also go home with a tote bag full of goodies, inspiring content from the people who shared their time, talents & knowledge on the day along with SOSAD information.

PARKING & TRANSPORT

• There is no parking available so you have the option of drop off & pick up
• Or, There is an option of bus with a general pick up & Drop off location in Drogheda

Since 2007, SOSAD has worked to raise awareness and help prevent suicide in Ireland. We have worked tirelessly in our communities to help those in need feel supported and know they are not alone on their journey. SOSAD offer support and services for people who are struggling with suicidal ideation, self harming, depression, bereavement, stress and anxiety, or if you simply need to talk. We have eight offices based in Cavan, Louth, Meath and Monaghan from which we provide our services however we are not limited to serving the above counties.

SOSAD depends on the fundraising initiatives from the public to keep providing these vital mental health services & grow our areas of facilitating more clients are we become inundated, especially over the last 2 years.
