Winning at Business Webinar Series: HR Issues - The Future of Work
Event Information
About this event
Background
In the first of Avid Partner's Winning At Business webinar series, we look at HR issues.
Remote working has had mixed results for people and businesses. Has it changed the way we work for good or will we simply revert to the office-based 9 to 5?
Latest reports in Ireland indicate an easing of level 5 restrictions beginning in May 2021. It’s tempting to head back to the office at the first sign of better times, however experience has shown, you may find yourself having to backtrack.
As they tentatively plan for the post-lockdown workplace, managers still have to manage and motivate remote teams, with the related challenges for employer and employee.
What should people managers keep front of mind as they navigate the future of work?
Who should attend/what will you learn?
This event will be of interest to any people manager – business owner / managers, HR professionals or team managers, challenged with planning for and managing the post-lockdown workplace.
