Amrita: The Nectar of Voice and Vitality
A one-day retreat weaving Eastern, Western, and Indigenous feminine healing
This retreat honors the meeting point between Eastern philosophy, Western body-based therapy, and the ancestral feminine traditions of Mesoamerica and the Andes.
Durning this retreat we invite participants to explore the throat as a crossroads between mind and body, reason and intuition, control and expression. Across cultures, women have been taught to silence emotion and instinct in order to fit within social expectations. This suppression creates a deep inner divide between authenticity and belonging, often leading to patterns of tension, anxiety, and disconnection from the body’s innate wisdom.
Participants will be guided through an integrative sequence of movement, breathwork, sound, and therapeutic rebozo massage, blending modern somatic techniques with ancestral touch. Rooted in generations of feminine care and community practice, the rebozo has long been used in ceremonies of birth, transition, and restoration, embodying the feminine principle of support and containment. Massage and bodywork support this process by softening layers of held emotion, allowing the voice and breath to flow freely once more.
Throughout the day, guests are nourished with organic and biodynamic plant-based meals, lovingly prepared to align with the retreat’s intention, light, grounding, and deeply restorative. Each meal becomes an invitation to reconnect with the Earth’s rhythm and wisdom through mindful nourishment.
Held in a safe and nurturing environment, this retreat offers space to restore the body’s natural flow, awaken the authentic voice, and cultivate emotional openness rooted in balance and embodiment. Participants leave with a deeper sense of grounded vitality, clarity, and the tools to sustain this connection in daily life—awakening the nectar of truth that flows through the sacred feminine voice.
