About this event

Women only Social Dip – 4 - week programme for all women 18+.
The session will involve 20 -30 min physical activity with a qualified instructor followed by a short dip in the sea (no swimming skills required). The aim of the session is to improve cardiovascular system as well as endurance level suitable for beginners. The costal environment along with dip in the sea will boost energy levels and ensure a positive start for the day. The session is ideal for women that are looking to embrace the first steps of activities in an outdoor environment.

We partnership with WCCC & Water Safety Ireland. The session will be supervised by qualified lifeguard for your health and safety.
