Join us in the beautiful panoramic setting of Tigh'N Alluis for a safe and welcoming workshop. We will come together to explore with curiosity, our behaviours and emotions. How our childhood and adult experiences can unconsciously influence our behaviours, interactions and choices and how we can often carry tension and trauma in our bodies.
We will spend 1 hour in the Yurt Space together followed by time in the Yurt Temple Sauna and Cold Plunge

Together we will begin to learn

  • How to practice self-inquiry with compassion
  • How to welcome and express emotions
  • How to access the wisdom of your body to release tension
  • How to ceate community to hold space to support each other

People heal when met with compassion

The Compassionate Inquiry® approach was developed by Dr. Gabor Maté and Sat Dhram Kaur ND. The aim is to bring safety to the exploration of self, the present, and the past. It can be used to accelerate the healing of individuals, communities and society.

Compassionate Inquiry is a somatic-based psychotherapeutic approach that gently uncovers and releases layers of childhood trauma, constriction and suppressed emotion embedded in the body, that may underlie many physical and mental illnesses, behaviours, and addictions
