No prior art experience is necessary; each session begins with an introduction, examples, and reflection. All materials are provided, including vibrant printed symbols and backgrounds. Plus, post-workshop, you will receive a printable set of symbols for future creations. Guided by the method founder, visual artist and educator Dominika Stoppa, who is passionate about the power of art and creativity to improve wellbeing. With a well-established studio in Castlecomer, Co. Kilkenny, Stoppa has won numerous awards and has produced colouring books, as well as the Creativity for Wellbeing Workbook in collaboration with Mental Health Ireland.
