Yoga Nidra & Sound Bath at the Loft

Join us Saturday May 18th at 11:00am for 90 mins of deep physical, mental and energetic restoration and relaxation at Moons Yoga Loft.
We will start the practice with a deeply relaxing Yoga Nidra practice. Yoga Nidra is also called "Yogic Sleep" - a practice that takes you to access deep layers of your subconscious mind, consciously going from feeling awake and asleep while you drift off deep into relaxation. We will then proceed into a deeply healing and nourishing Sound Bath, where I will play instruments that are attuned specifically to move energy in your body - to cleanse and harmonise the energy in the body and to deeply relax the mind.
You can expect to feel extremely relaxed in the end, feel re-energised and walking away with a clear mind and deep connection to self.
*Things to bring:
-Just water
-Everything else will be provided at the studio (Yoga Mat, Eye Mask, Blankets etc.)
*This practice is safe for pregnant women, and safe for all!
