✨ Your First Meditation - Guided Workshop ✨
This is a gentle and welcoming space for anyone who would like to explore meditation for the first time. No previous experience is needed, and you do not need to know how to quiet your mind or “do it right” to join. This is simply a soft place to begin. This space also welcomes people who practice meditation, but what to get guidance and a proper introduction.
I will guide you through what meditation really is, you’ll learn that meditation does not have to look one certain way — it is not only about sitting still in silence like a monk. There are many different ways to meditate, and this workshop will help you discover your way of meditating.
You’ll be gently guided through a few meditation practices. Remembering that there is no pressure, no perfection, and no expectation to get anything “right” — just an opportunity to slow down, try something new, and see what feels supportive for you.
We’ll also explore the benefits of meditation and how this practice can bring more calm, clarity, presence, and balance into everyday life. You’ll leave with a better understanding of how meditation can fit into your life in a realistic, simple, and nourishing way, to serve you as another tool to balance your nervous system and to come back to yourself.
