Other than yoga what other activities are involved?

As well as yoga we will do art, have story time and play lots of games both indoor and out. We will do guided meditations which are a real favourite with this age group. We also hope to get out to local parks such as Eamonn Ceannt and Weaver if the weather is good ?

Do I need to bring lunch?

We suggest that you bring a snack and a bit of lunch as we’ll take a couple of breaks. Please also bring water as we will be moving lots.

Does my child need to have done yoga before?

Absolutely not, it will be totally accessible to the age group.
