Crann Centre

The Crann Centre is an inclusive partnership organisation for people living with Spina Bifida /Hydrocephalus, or other related medical issues, and their families

The Crann project provides care and services that are focused on creating a collaborative care network that empowers individuals with a disability and their families by offering both innovative and evidence informed supports that are shaped by a family led view of care and well-being.

Crann believes in a family led approach to partnership. Collaboration that is shaped by the needs of children or adults with a disability should be routed in the expertise of families who are their primary care and support system. A relational framework to engagement with families and providers will underpin the ethos and work practices of Crann.
