Temple Bar nearly became a bus depot. Instead, a city chose culture — backed by EU funding that transformed these cobbled streets into Dublin’s creative heart.

This summer, Temple Bar 35 celebrates with six months of free music, comedy, film, art, history, and community events. Supported by the European Commission, Dublin City Council Office of City Recovery, the Department of Culture, Communications and Sport and Diageo.
