The Trough & The Grounds are sister companies, a family-run café and bakery in the heart of Wexford, built on fresh, locally sourced food, great coffee, and bringing people together. Community has always been at the heart of everything we do, and we're excited to expand that beyond our cafés through a series of wellness and social events. From breathwork and mindful mornings to creative workshops and community meet-ups, our aim is to create welcoming spaces where people can slow down, connect, and leave feeling a little lighter.
