Spirit Drums of the North is a heart-led Irish company creating handcrafted shamanic spirit drums and offering meaningful drum making experiences across Ireland.

Our Drum Birthing Workshops are a journey of creativity, connection and intention. Working with natural materials, participants are guided through the process of creating their own unique drum, from choosing the hide and frame to bringing the drum to life and discovering its own voice.

Our workshops are about more than making an instrument. They offer a space to slow down, reconnect with nature, work with your hands and experience the deep, grounding rhythm of the drum.

We are also delighted to have our very own Spirit Drums of the North shop in Donegal Town, at The Mill Court Mews. Here you can explore our handcrafted spirit drums, rattles and accessories, feel the energy of the pieces in person, and find the drum that speaks to you.
