The Las Vegas Juneteenth Festival was established 23 years ago by respected Las Vegas philanthropists Dr. Anthony and Mrs. Diane Pollard. The LVJF is an annual fundraising vehicle to support Rainbow Dreams Educational Foundation in its ongoing mission to strengthen and support historically under-served communities in Southern Nevada through educational and cultural programs and services.
