4Hands Food Studio is the creation of the duo, Rose Greene and Margaux Dejardin.
Rose Greene, is an internationally renowned chef who hails from Westmeath, in the Midlands of Ireland.

In 2018 she returned to Ireland with her partner Margaux Dejardin to create 4Hands. Rose spent over 10 years working in some of the most highly recognized restaurants across the world, including The Royal Mail - Australia,  In De Wulf - Belgium and Coombeshead Farm – UK. Her approach to food is unique, one which she is sharing in her series of pop-up’s, coming from sold - out dinners in Dublin’s iconic The Fumbally Stables she is expanding the series to focus on The Midlands.

Rose works in tune with nature, creating dishes inspired by what grows wild in her surroundings, harvests from local organic producers married with her own extensive larder of fermented goodies!

With a faultless palate Rose creates dishes with amplified and intense flavours, her vast knowledge of nutrition adds another layer to her cooking, leading to a truly unique dining experience.

Rose and Margaux will be sharing their intimate dining experiences in a number of locations in 2019.

Margaux a talented brewer, creates incredible naturally fermented sodas, including ginger beer and kombucha. Workshops involved in sustainability and fermentation are also created by the duo.
