Monica Shea has lived in Colorado Springs since 2003, and grew up in the Tampa Bay area in Florida. She is a graduate of the University of Florida and previously worked in public relations and logistics for a large international agricultural company. After starting a real estate investment company in 2005, Monica decided to expand her real estate career and work as a Realtor. Without a doubt, she has now found her true calling and loves working with clients on something so personal as buying and selling their homes – from house hunting with buyers, getting a listing ready for sale, negotiating the best deal for her clients, and everything in between.
