Melinda Burkhead founded Burkhead Art Center in 2019 to create a welcoming space where creativity becomes reality. BAC offers hands-on art classes taught by experienced artists and artisans, serving beginners through advanced makers. Our programs span ceramics, stained glass, welding, painting, and drawing, with a focus on skill-building, craftsmanship, and the joy of creating something handmade. Each class is kept to a maximum of 10 or less students, ensuring our students get personalized guidance throughout their creative learning experience.
