Boho Buddha Wellbeing is the culmination of my personal journey. Through my passion for helping others, I welcome you into my safe space to facilitate a gentle and deep healing experience for you. So, here's a little about me.

I am a Certified Sound Healing Practitioner, trained through Vanessa Holliday and the Pyramids of Chi, Ubud Bali, SoulNar Sound & Energy Healing Practitioner, Yoga teacher, Retreat Facilitator and offer many more healing modalities that combine sound and energy. My life journey and passion for helping others has led me to where I am today, sharing my love of sound, alternative wellbeing practices for all and most importantly, to educate people on how sound really does heal. Sound is more than playing instruments - there is science behind it all and it is extremely important to be well-educated in what it can do for people. This is why my education is always on-going and why I will always provide an ethically safe practice.

I have always instinctively used music and sound from a very young age as a form of self-healing. It gave me a sense of inner peace and protection, particularly during my darkest times of being severely bullied throughout my school life, which then led to many years of self-worth, confidence and body image issues. There has always been something magical about sound – I never knew why – it was just something I ‘felt’.

The desire to learn more about how frequency, energy and vibration can heal the mind and body, became even stronger following the breakdown of my marriage when I experienced sound baths for the first time. They have had such a profound effect on me and my healing by facilitating the shifting of so many disempowering and limiting beliefs.

Providing you with a safe, warm and welcoming environment, I look forward to connecting with you in the beautiful Himalayan Salt Cave, located in the Adelaide CBD at Breathe Stretch Float – the first and only of its kind in South Australia.
