Caroline Guilbert began her journey with color in 2011, offering guidance and creative direction as a color specialist across multiple industries while simultaneously exploring color through her personal artistic practice, transforming flower and food waste into natural dyes, pigments, and artworks.

After nearly 15 years of yoga practice and extensive studies in India and Indonesia, she now weaves together color, meditation, sound, breathwork, energy healing, and traditional yogic teachings into restorative and therapeutic experiences rooted in presence, balance, and inner reconnection.

Rooted in the understanding that color is both visual and vibrational, Caroline’s work explores how intentional environments, practices, and frequencies can support emotional well-being, nervous system regulation, and deeper harmony between body, mind, and spirit.

The Wellness Sanctuary is a one-of-a-kind living space in Brooklyn that has organically evolved into both an art studio and healing sanctuary: an ever-changing environment where creativity, devotion, sustainability, and well-being are integrated as a daily way of life rather than entertainment or performance space. Sessions are intimate, grounded, and intentionally designed to offer moments of deep rest, reflection, and reconnection.

Alongside her wellness offerings, Caroline leads a sustainable art practice using pigments and dyes extracted from local food and flower waste streams throughout New York City, including sacred flowers collected from devotional offerings. Through both healing and artistic practices, her work centers around honoring nature, slowing down, and creating spaces where transformation can unfold gently and authentically.

The intention behind every offering is simple: to help others reconnect with themselves, with nature, and with the deeper presence that exists within all of us, one breath, one color, one moment at a time.
