Claire Desmond

Claire has 15 years experience managing and mentoring teams of Retail & Administration Managers and using the S.M.A.R.T method of setting realistic goals to meet the companies objectives after completing an in-house coaching and mentoring training programme with Senior Exceutive Coach Breege McManus COO of Flow Group.

She is currently delivering her well being programme to Teens through one:one coaching sessions using the G.R.O.W model.

She holds a Diploma in Social Studies from UCC and later went on to complete the BA programme at CIT in Counselling & Psychotherapy where she gained a Higher Certificate in Counselling.She is currently completing a Post Graduate Certificate in Play Therapy and is seeing clients on behalf of Bandon Family Centre. She is founder of Jack & Friends Centre where she has supported 400+ families and their children.
