Dublin BIC is a Not-for-profit public private support organisation We work with state agencies and private sector investors to support entrepreneurs as they build the next generation of successful Irish businesses. For 25 years, Dublin BIC’s business consultants have shared their first hand experience, considerable knowledge, resources and passion to the benefit of many of today’s business leaders. 

Dublin BIC manages the Halo Business Angel Network, a 53million seed fund and the Guinness Enterprise Centre, a first class incubation space and international business centre.  We are an integral part of the Irish entrepreneurial ecosystem, having assisted the creation of over 600 SME’s with employment of over 6000 people.
