FBY is a London-based yoga community built on good movement, good music, and good people.

Founded in 2023 by Emma — teacher, creator, and the energy behind every class — FlowboxYoga started with a single community space in Tooting Bec and has been growing ever since. We still hold it down there every week, and this page is where we bring the pop-ups, the outdoor sessions, and the rooftop moments to life.

Emma has been teaching for over 8 years and her style is entirely her own — breath-led, music-driven, and built around the belief that movement is one of the most powerful ways to get out of your head and back into your body. Every class she teaches carries that same intention, whether it's a quiet studio flow or a rooftop Yoga vinyasa session above the London skyline.

What makes FBY different is simple — it's always Emma, always community-first, and always a space where every level is genuinely welcome. Yoga here isn't precious. It's accessible, affordable, and alive.

With over 300 humans already in the FBY fold, this community is only getting started.
