Karolina

Karolina is a therapist, coach, founder of the Really Connect Coaching and Therapy Centre in Dublin 2, and creator of The Really Connect Method.

She is passionate about helping people unlock their true potential and creating a safe space to heal. She loves teaching, inspiring and encouraging people to release blocks that are holding them back.

Karolina’s professional experience is in teaching and providing support and pastoral care to children, teenagers and adult students at the Polish Teachers Association, Kaplan International College, Portobello Institute and University College Dublin from 2013 until 2020. As a Business Programme Manager at Portobello Institute, she helped students to identify their unique talents, career goals, and work opportunities. In 2019, she completed a training course entitled: "Responding to Distressed Students and Students at Risk" by People and Organisation Development at UCD. When she worked at Dublin city schools and colleges, she was particularly interested in helping distressed students, providing new perspectives and emotional support. For this reason, she gradually started to train and work as a therapist and as a life coach.

She became a part of Dublin Wellness Centre Team of Therapists in 2019. At Dublin Wellness Centre, she provided Reiki therapy sessions, guided meditations and life coaching consultations for individuals as well as couple sessions. She also developed and facilitated workshops in the areas of communication, body image, resilience and assertiveness. She guides her clients with their personal and spiritual development. She helps her clients overcome obstacles and anxiety, so they can be empowered. 

Throughout her career, Karolina has demonstrated a commitment to contributing to the cultural and artistic landscape in Ireland. To promote creativity and self-expression, she founded Enigma Theatre (2013- ) and staged, directed and produced plays in Smock Alley Theatre, The New Theatre and UCD Drama Society in Dublin. She believes that drama, storytelling and music are a means to inspire and heal.

The various university programmes and courses she has completed over the years have helped her explore the human psyche and the importance of healthy interpersonal relationships. She has an MA in Arts in Directing for Theatre from University College Dublin and a BA (Hons) in Film, Literature and Drama (First Class Honours) from Dublin Business School. She is a Certified Mindfulness Teacher, a Leadership Coach and a Tera Mai Reiki Practitioner/Master/Teacher. She has a Certificate in Advanced Project Management, Information Technology Project Management, from Dublin Business School. She is a graduate of Thinking Into Results Leadership Programme developed by world-renowned success expert Bob Proctor and Sandy Gallagher.
