My name is John Gavin, the content author and subject teacher on this website. I work as an Irish teacher full-time in a large mixed school in Limerick. I’ve enjoyed 17 years of teaching Irish to all academic levels and student abilities. I’ve worked as both an Irish oral examiner and a written examiner with the SEC in the past. I also work with student teachers in Hibernia College as their tutor/lead tutor for school experience and professional practice.
