Mindful Eating Tuition is Yoga based. The 8 limbs of Yoga are in question and their application to the Eating Experience. Furthermore, cognitive reframing strategies are taught that allow critical thinking to come about naturally. Mindful eaters naturally question their moments thus: What am I hungry for?
