NUI Galway Law Society

The Law Society of NUI Galway was founded in 1920. Celebrating our 100th year, we are one of the largest academic & social societies on campus. Our aim is to assist students who wish to develop a range of legal clinical and social skills, through tailored events in a fun and friendly atmosphere.

With guest speakers, mooting clinics, volunteering opportunities, workshops and trips at home and abroad, we provide our members with a head-start on their career path. Whether you are an aspiring solicitor, barrister or are thinking of pursuing a different route following a Law degree, we will help you on your way, connecting you to firms, organisations and institutions.
