Pride Crawlers offer signature events that are centered around Pride Month as well as major holidays such as Halloween, St. Patrick’s Day, Cinco de Mayo, Christmas, and New Year’s, providing a wide variety of fun things to do in the city. Participants are given the opportunity to sample local hotspots in one fun-filled afternoon or evening, all while making new friends and discovering new places.

Their exclusive multi-venue events feature one free welcome shot at each bar, exclusive food and drink specials, costume competitions, and fun bar games with a twist. The company also offers personalized event consulting for bachelor/ette parties, birthdays, and special occasions. Custom corporate event packages and team building activities for groups of all sizes can also be booked upon request.

Pride Crawlers Refund Policy

We’re committed to creating memorable experiences for all our participants. While we strive to ensure a smooth and enjoyable event, certain situations may arise where refunds are not applicable. Please review our refund policy below:

No Refunds for the Following Situations:

• No-shows or failure to attend the event after purchase.
• Missing the mandatory event check-in time or failing to follow check-in instructions.
• Lost or misplaced wristbands, which are required for event participation.
• Being denied entry into a venue due to venue policies, personal conduct, dress code violations, or other reasons beyond our control.
• Being denied welcome shots at any venue. Please note, serving welcome shots is at the discretion of the venue staff and depends on individual circumstances, such as customer behavior or state alcohol laws.

Service Disclaimer:

• While we work closely with our venue partners to provide an exceptional experience for all participants, the level of service may vary depending on timing, staffing, and individual circumstances. We guarantee that all services will meet our minimum standards, but service experiences may differ from one participant to another.

Complimentary Welcome Shots:

• Complimentary welcome shots are provided at the discretion of each participating venue. Availability may vary based on capacity and supply. Welcome shots are not unlimited, and once a venue runs out, we encourage guests to visit other participating bars to redeem their welcome shot. Wristband tabs must be used to claim welcome shots and are only valid at designated locations.

Refund Processing & Event Review:

• Refunds will be issued within 10 days of the end of the event. After each event, we conduct debriefing sessions with all our partner bars to assess any issues and identify areas for improvement. Based on these discussions, we may issue refunds or offer complimentary tickets to future events as a goodwill gesture in cases where attendee experiences fell short due to factors within our control.

Event Changes:

• Downtown Crawlers reserves the right to modify the event schedule, venues, or participating bars due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, the event will continue as planned with comparable venues or experiences. Refunds will not be issued due to these adjustments.

Weather Policy:

• All events are held rain or shine. Refunds will not be provided for inclement weather unless the event is canceled in its entirety by Downtown Crawlers.

Ticket Transferability:

• Tickets are non-refundable but transferable. If you cannot attend an event, you are welcome to transfer your ticket to another individual. Simply provide them with the ticket and inform us of the name change.
