Resultswithree is a female personal trainer who specialsies in women's health and pre and post natal training and has helped 100s of women reach their goals, mentally and physically for the last 6 years. The goal for our 'Her circle walk' event is to bring likeminded ladies and mums together, to build a community and a sisterhood, stroll, chat and take in the scenery. It's about creating relationships and building a sisterhood.
