Slake Spirits is an independent artisan distillery based in Sussex. Creating unique spirits of character from the enquiring mind of our head dragon, distiller & forager, Dr. Thomas Martin-Wells.

We find our inspiration in the wild heritage of Sussex, seeking out the very best ingredients to thoughtfully create delicious & distinctive spirits, meticulously made at the crossroads of science & nature.
