Paul has over 25 years experience as a marketing professional and currently runs a consultancy called Standout that specialises in Professional Services Marketing.

After graduating from UCD with a BComm he pursued an International marketing career with several Blue Chip companies. He has worked in the Saudi Arabia, Germany, Sweden and the UK. He returned to Ireland in 1993 as Marketing Director of Beamish and Crawford.

In 1996 he founded a marketing agency called Banks Love which he built into the market leader with a fee income of €7m. His clients included Coca Cola, Diageo, Kellogg’s and GlaxoSmithKline. During this time he started studying and learning the art of Professional Services marketing.

In 2007 Paul founded Standout which provides marketing and business development consultancy to Professional Services firms. His clients include ambitious sole practitioners and some of Ireland’s leading professional service firms.
