Stomping Ground is a new kind of space for comedy and improv, dedicated to using comedy as a force for positive change in our communities.

- Produce live shows featuring improv, stand-up, sketch, and more
- Offer classes for adults and kids at every experience level
- Provide team-building and corporate training for businesses
But what truly sets us apart is Improv for Life, our mental wellness and social-emotional learning program led by psychotherapist Andrea K. Baum. Through Improv for Life, we provide transformative classes for:
- Caregivers of people with Alzheimer’s or dementia
- Neurodiverse adults and children
- People living with anxiety
And many more unique communities!
