The JWC Foundation is an Entrepreneurial Support Organization (ESO) based in Richmond, Virginia. At the JWC Foundation, we recognize that the journey of Black entrepreneurs is not the one sold as the American dream. We envision a world where Black entrepreneurs have the access, resources, and community support needed to build sustainable businesses that drive economic growth. Our mission is to empower Black-owned small businesses by delivering programs and resources that strengthen their operational foundations and unlock access to valuable social capital.
