Hi, my name is Jennifer. I’m a Psychodynamic Counsellor, Shamanic Practitioner, Kundalini Yoga Teacher, Gong Practitioner, and Reiki Master.

All of my work is rooted in one core intention: to support people in returning to their authentic self through deeper connection, awareness, and care.

I hold gentle, grounded spaces that support emotional wellbeing, nervous system regulation, and inner healing. My events are designed to help people slow down, feel supported, and reconnect with themselves in a calm and restorative way.

I offer a range of therapeutic and nourishing experiences, with the aim of making self-care and healing accessible, affordable, and meaningful.
