Valerie O'Hanlon is an Award-Winning Career Coach based in Castleconnell, Co. Limerick. Valerie is one of only 30 coaches in Ireland with the PCC credential - Professional Certified Coach. Valerie founded Clarence Consulting in 2014 providing Career, Life and Business Coaching.

Valerie works with individuals on career change, career development and career transition. Valerie believes that knowledge is power and that education whether it be formal or informal is a key element of career success. Over the past few months, Valerie has moved her coaching entirely online and has been working with clients to identify their values and strengths and helping them to stay accountable to their career plans. Valerie also provides help with interview preparation and confidence building.
