Cecile Hemery is an inclusive leadership coach who helps professionals in tech and gaming reclaim their confidence and impact — leading with authenticity while lifting others up, never “taking the blanket for themselves.”

With 15 years of leadership experience in fast-paced, data-driven environments, Cecile brings a rare blend of industry insight and deep inner work. Her approach weaves together coaching, CBT hypnotherapy, anthropology and mindfulness to help clients navigate the curveballs of leadership, career change, and life transitions with clarity, calm, and confidence.

At the heart of her work is the Becoming Process — a grounded, reflective journey that supports clients to lead with intention, connect to their values, and create sustainable impact on their own terms.

Cecile blends practical structure, emotional insight, and gentle challenge, always delivered with empathy and the occasional dash of humour. Her mission is simple: to help human-centred leaders show up fully — in their careers, their communities, and their lives.

She is now also a supervisor for coaches and people who lead as coaches — offering a space to reflect, grow, and stay resourced in the work.​
