My journey with yoga began over 5 years ago, and since then, it has been an integral part of my life. Over the past two years, I've had the privilege of sharing the practice through donation-based classes, creating a community where all are welcome to explore the profound benefits of yoga, regardless of financial circumstances.

Recently certified as a RYT, I bring a fresh perspective and renewed passion to my teaching. My approach to yoga is grounded in mindfulness, breath awareness, and the celebration of movement. Every class is an opportunity to connect with the body, mind, and spirit, fostering self-discovery and inner peace.
