Promise Neighborhoods of the Lehigh Valley (PNLV) is a community-rooted organization committed to ending violence and building pathways to healing, opportunity, and belonging.

Under the leadership of Jeani Garcia, our work centers youth, families, and justice-impacted individuals as leaders in transforming their own communities.

Through trauma-informed programming, workforce development, food access, and community-based public safety efforts, we create spaces where people are not only supported—but seen, valued, and empowered.

We believe real change happens when community leads. Everything we do is grounded in love, accountability, and the belief that we are stronger together.
