Event Details

The DOCTRID V conference will include presentations from international experts, panel discussions and workshops aimed at fostering collaborations and innovations to make a real difference in the lives of those with ID and Autism.

Who should be there?

Researchers (social, technological, behavioural and life sciences), University PIs, Health care professionals, individuals with Intellectual Disability or Autism, their families and carers.

Plenary Lecture: Jean Frazier, Executive Director Eunice Kennedy Shriver Centre, Massachusetts.

ASSISTID Fellows will provide insight into the progress and findings of their projects.

Service Users from Daughters of Charity, Lisnagry will provide an insight into Community Living.

RESPECT CLG provides support and funding to improve the lives of people with intellectual disability in the care of the Daughters of Charity service. We do this by improving the surroundings and the independence of service users, through capital building projects and ground breaking research initiatives.
