Will there be transport from the train station in Ballinasloe to the conference?

Accepted Answer

Yes. For attendees arriving at Ballinasloe train station in the morning, there will be a free shuttle bus at 09:30 AM to the conference venue. There will also be a bus to take you back to the train station at 3:30 PM when the conference ends.

Will there be transport back to the train station after the conference?

Accepted Answer

Yes. A free bus will leave the conference hotel immediately after the conference ends at 3:30 PM.

Question 3

I registered for the in-person event but I want to attend remotely on Zoom. What should I do?

Accepted Answer

Register for a virtual ticket using the same Eventbrite page.

Question 4

Is there parking at the conference venue?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The Shearwater Hotel has ample free car parking in the underground car park.

What about dietary requirements?

We circulated a questionnaire for attendees to provide information on their dietary requirements. If you completed this form, your dietary requirements have been noted with the conference venue.

I've registered for a virtual ticket. When will I be sent a link for the conference?

A Zoom Conference link will be shared with you 2 days before the conference. If you haven't received it 2 days out from the conference, please check your spam folder. If it's not in your spam folder, please email info@socialenterprise.ie and we will share the link with you directly.
