Event description

Description

Dublin LGBTQ+ Pride is delighted to present “Pride in the Workplace” as part of our new Winter Pride Festival. This event is designed for companies and organisations wishing to take part in Dublin Pride 2020 and will be a valuable training course and networking opportunity for HR and CSR professionals from corporate, statutory and NGO backgrounds.

In 2019 over 10,000 people took part in our annual Pride Parade as under the banners of their employers, making Dublin Pride one of the largest staff events in the country. In order to protect the balance between community and corporate branding at Pride and to ensure that everyone taking part in Pride understands and supports the values and ideals that we stand for and gets the very best from Pride, we are asking all groups who plan to take part in Dublin Pride 2020 to take part in this new training initiative.
