As much as I love dogs, they are NOT allowed on Pure by Paula Wellness Walks. This is your time for selfcare and wellness and it’s not fair on other participants trying to relax and enjoy the meditation etc.

I don’t have anyone to come with me, can I come alone?

Of course! Most people come on the walks alone. Some come with a friend or family member.

I just want to relax and de-stress, I don’t want to talk to anyone on the walk !

This is YOUR Wellness Walk and your space to have some selfcare. I encourage participants to turn their phones on silent and to switch off from all distractions. Everyone has their own reasons for coming along, and some may have very personal reasons so we will all respect each others space.
